How cold can you get the ice baths?
A very cold 3 degrees! You can select any temperature from 3 degrees all the way up to 40 degrees, Yes our chiller can also heat the water too.
How easy is it to build the saunas?
The saunas are simple to build with the clear and detailed instructions that will be provided on delivery. Just please take your time reading and building the saunas.
How loud is the chiller when its running?
The chiller emits 52dB(A) thats the equivalent to a fridge running. So not very loud.
How many people can fit in the saunas?
With all of our saunas you have the option to select 1-2 person all the way up to 5-6 people. Thats enough room to invite your friends over for to all enjoy the sauna.
Is there any different types of wood for the saunas?
Yes we do! We can offer Red Cedar, Thermo Hemlock, Hemlock, Thermo Pine, Pine, Hinoki and Japanese Cedar. If this is something you are interested in please contact custom@alphapex.co.uk.
How often should I change the water in the ice bath
The water will need changing roughly every 2 weeks depending on how often it used and if the chiller and filtering system is used fequently.
How much is delivery?
SHIPPING IS FREE!!! Both saunas and ice baths are free delivery. Saunas will come straight to your front door ready to be built in the perfect spot. Ice baths will come already made just waiting for you to fill it up and jump in.
How can I buy?
We accept the majority of payments methods. You will be able to select what payment option you need at checkout. we also accept Klarna which means you can break up the total cost over 3 months.
