Order Confirmation:


As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

We would like to inform you that currently, we do not have the facilities for storage, which means that our delivery process might take longer than the average time. Upon receiving your order (before 3pm), our team will immediately begin processing it. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt shipment. However, please note that due to our limited storage capabilities, we may require additional time to prepare and package your products for delivery.

Delivery Timeframe:

The delivery timeframe for your order will depend on various factors, including the availability of the product and the shipping method chosen. As we prioritize delivering products directly from production, the estimated delivery time might be longer than what you may expect from traditional retailers. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this process. We have the average handeling handeling time from 7-14 business days for handeling this inculdes assemberling the prodcuts, qaulty checks and packaging. With prodcuts being heavy shipping times are longer for us as we have more requirements to meet. shipping time normally takes between 10-12 weeks. We can not guarantee as delivery time can vary due to world circumstances.

Notification Process: To initiate a refund or request replacement parts, please notify us within 365 days of receiving the product. Contact our customer support team via email/phone and provide your order details, along with clear pictures of the damaged or faulty product or parts.

Processing Time: We understand the importance of a swift resolution. Exchanges involving replacement parts will be promptly dispatched to your chosen address. Refunds may take between 3 to 10 working days to be reflected in your account.

 

Conditions for Returns and Replacements:
